Mario & Lori, sailing with you was the highlight of our weeklong trip to Roatan (well the Hole in the Wall was very cool but that's another chapter in our adventure!). Gordon loved being Captain for a bit and we enjoyed your stories. I have even started looking at Dominica - however we will return to Roatan. we took the sunset cruise and even though we are motor-head boaters we had a great time, i think that was the best way to enjoy a carribean sunset, with drinks , new friends , and beautiful waters.

We had an amazing time sailing with Dave and John! If we ever make it back to Roatan we definately plan on doing it again. Where can I find the humus recipe?
