For those of you who have been aboard, many of you have requested my Hummus Recipe; so here it is!
1 can
Chick Peas/Garbanzo Beans – partially drained
1/8 cup
olive oil
1/8 cup
lemon juice
1 tsp
coarse ground black pepper
1
Tablespoon – Tahini paste
2 tsp –
Bahia Complete Seasoning – it is a blend of salt, garlic, onions and parsley.
1 tsp –
dry crushed red peppers (more if you like it spicy!)
Blend
in blender or food processor & serve with pita or tortilla chips.
